We’re so excited you’re considering joining us for a Living Kula retreat.
To keep everything clear and respectful for everyone, these Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between Living Kula and you, the participant. By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

1. Booking Your Spot

• Your space is officially reserved once we receive:

  • A non-refundable deposit

• Remaining balance is due 30 days before the retreat start date.

• If booking within 30 days of the retreat, full payment is required at registration.

2. Deposits

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• This helps us secure accommodations, materials, and experiences for you in advance.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• More than 30 days before retreat: You may receive a 50% refund of your total payment (deposit excluded).

• Within 30 days of retreat: All payments are non-refundable.

• Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

4. What’s Included / Not Included

Included: Lodging, meals as listed in retreat details, workshops, and scheduled activities.
Not included: Airfare, transportation to the retreat location (unless stated), travel insurance, personal purchases, extra excursions, or meals not specified.

5. Health & Special Requirements

• Please inform us of any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or dietary needs on your registration form.

• We do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all requests can be met.

• You are responsible for your own health and safety during the retreat and must carry appropriate medical insurance.

6. Final Payments

• Final balances are due 30 days before the retreat.

• If not received by then, your booking may be canceled and your deposit forfeited.

7. If We Have to Cancel

• In the rare case Living Kula must cancel a retreat, you will receive:

  • A transfer of your payment to another retreat within one year or

  • A full refund of all monies paid

• We are not responsible for expenses such as flights, travel insurance, or other costs outside the retreat fee.

8. Travel & Insurance

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers:

  • Trip cancellation

  • Medical emergencies

  • Delays and lost luggage

• Living Kula is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

9. Safety & Conduct

• For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, please follow all guidance from facilitators and staff.

• You will be asked to sign a liability waiver prior to arrival

10. Photos & Media

• We love capturing moments! By attending, you grant Living Kula permission to use photos or video of you for promotional purposes, unless you request otherwise in writing.

11. Itinerary Changes

• Occasionally, adjustments may be made to the schedule due to weather, facility availability, or other circumstances. Any changes will be made with your safety and best experience in mind.

12. Acceptance of Risk

By booking, you understand that retreats may involve physical activity, travel, and outdoor experiences. You participate at your own risk.

13. Agreement

Submitting your registration form and payment confirms that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
